Our restaurant these days has a casual and modern approach to dining – from the service to the share style menu.
For dinner on the 31st December, Alan and his team have decided to go back to where it all began for them – a la carte cooking and classic French cuisine. The root of their training is based on this food and these techniques, and so they are looking forward to looking back a little!
Meanwhile Thomas and the service team will be keeping things more on the modern side when it comes to the wine. The menu will be paired with a selection of eclectic and distinctive wines from France and beyond.
The menu package is 150€ per person all inclusive or 120€ for the vegetarian option. Any other dietary requirements can be discussed with our reservation team.
